    Great Video

Jamberry has the worst customer service. It took them 9 weeks to mail my
full, order with LOTS of emails back and forth. I was SO disappointed that I
don’t think I can ever purchase from them again nor recommend them – order
product from eBay but not the company directly.

I would be curious if you could ink the cover of your planner.
Since it is foiled the ink should resist on the foiled part, as long as it
    isn’t a staz-on ink.
Use the lightest pink ink with a foam applicator with a light hand until
you get the colour you desire.
You really don’t have anything to lose as you are getting a new planner
front…but I would wait until then to make sure you receive it.
I don’t have one of these planners, so not sure is the cover paper is matt
finish or if it is laminated.

Thanks for the review. I ordered a teacher planner and they sent the wrong
ruler. I attached a picture and then was told to send another. Still
haven’t heard back… Three days later. Needless to say, I’m not thrilled
with their customer service either. You pay a premium for EC stuff so I
expect premium service all the way around.

The pages with tabs are the reinforced ones :)

I’ve been very curious about what these planners are like on the inside
after seeing some on Instagram, so thank you for doing a tour of it!

They are beautiful planners, and I’ve only just heard of ordered
one on Tuesday, can’t wait for it to get here, my daughter is already
telling me she’ll get me one next Christmas as I wont stop going on about
it and it’s not even in my hands yet LOL Thanks for sharing your
    experience xo

I clicked on this video as I have just purchased my pink and platinum
planner and wanted to see some reviews on it. From this video I can tell
you obviously have never worked in customer service… You should be
thankful they replied to you and tried to fix the problem the best they
could. Yes you had to send 2 pictures but you are not the only person
customer service is dealing with, spare a thought for them…
Obviously Erin Condren is an American country and therefore shipping to
another American state will obviously be cheaper. I live in Australia and
the cheapest shipping we are able to get is $39.95, so when you tack that
cost on to a planner it becomes even more pricey. Imagine how frustrating
it is when they offer a $20 coupon… It covers half the shipping price.
Overall I think that this video was quiet whiny in a childlike sense, they
couldn’t change the font colour and it’s that simple, would you have posted
such a detailed video if everything was perfect? I don’t think bashing a
company is the way to get what you want…

I’m sorry, but what’s the big deal about showing your last name? Like is it
unique where you’re the person with your entire name? To each his own, I
just don’t get the big deal.

At least you are not from Canada and don’t have to pay $40 for shipping…

I noticed that there has been a lot of errors. Great video.
